Juliana is a graduated chef in Food Technology (Gastronomy) at Anhembi Morumbi University located in Brazil and specialized on 2009 in Patisserie at Carrick Institute of Australia/Melbourne, also Diploma in Management and Accounting at Cambridge College Institute 2015/2017.
Also studied Bakery, Patisserie and other specialized courses in America and United Kingdom. After work experiences in Brasil and Australia, including Coordinator at Starbucks, head chef at Bisq Bar & Grill, and other establishments, she decided to open her own business based in Brazil from 2011 to 2015 with the brand, "Juli & Ana Patisserie", then she came back to Australia with the brand "Jb Flavours", offering delicious products.
She worked 4 years with a famous and spectacular cake artist from Brazil, Ana Elisa Salinas, with cake decorating, demo classes and cake decoration classes in Brazil and abroad. In Australia, worked with the previous incredible team of cake decorators at Ab Fab Cakes, Melbourne.
Nowadays, she works at an Award winning Pub after working with George Skaliotis's world-class award winning chef, and experience catering for events, private celebrations, cafes, restaurants and pubs. She absolutely loves to cook and make everything unique and delicious for her friends and customers.
